In order to understand Emma and what we were going to prototype and test, it was important to specify what exactly we were going to build and how we were going to do it.
Specifically we needed to know:
- The Aims
- The product context
- Our development Methodology
- And the Musts, Coulds, Shoulds and Won’t haves
